Ravens

Ravens are incredibly wise and mysterious birds. They draw me in somehow and hold a special place in my heart. They have fascinated me for as long as I can remember — also in a cultural context — which is why I chose to use the technique of layering multiple photographs to create multidimensional works, rich in broader contexts, meaning, and distant references. This project will continue for many years, as my photography unfolds slowly.
